Sb53 Dye Sublimation Ink

Sublimation ink is a special type of ink based on dye sublimation technology. It works by heating the ink to transform it directly from a solid to a gaseous state, allowing it to penetrate and permanently adhere to the substrate.

Characteristics of sublimation ink:

Through heating (typically 180-220℃), the ink transforms directly from a solid to a gaseous state, penetrating into the surface molecules of the substrate rather than merely remaining on the surface. Therefore, the printed image does not form a film, has a soft, breathable feel, and excellent lightfastness, washability, and abrasion resistance; it will not crack or peel. Colorfastness typically reaches 4.5 or higher (5 being optimal).

Applications of sublimation ink:

Primarily used on fabrics with a polyester fiber content higher than 70% (such as sportswear, swimwear, and fashion apparel), and on hard items treated with special polyester coatings, such as ceramic mugs, metal plates, mouse pads, phone cases, and skis.
