Mimaki TXF300-1600 DTF Printer

The "TxF300-1600" is a DTF (Direct-to-Film) printer with a maximum printing width of 160 cm, used for producing DTF transfer films. The "PHT50" heat transfer pigment ink is specifically designed for DTF printing and includes five colors (CMYK and white). It has received ECO PASSPORT certification, which is a prerequisite for obtaining the international textile safety standard "OEKO-TEX®" certification.

The "TxF300-1600" offers approximately 130% higher production efficiency for custom T-shirt printing compared to the previous model (TxF300-75).

Furthermore, the printing width has been expanded to approximately twice that of the previous model, allowing for personalized printing on large-sized indoor textiles.

What is DTF?

DTF is a printing method that involves printing directly onto a DTF film, then applying hot-melt powder, and heating and drying to form a transferable ink layer. This ink layer is then transferred to fabrics such as T-shirts using heat pressing.
