Description
The UJF-7151 plusII is a high-performance UV inkjet printer boasting high precision, high image quality, and high printing speed. It further enhances the quality and stability of the existing UJF-7151 plus model, which already possesses high precision, high image quality, and excellent productivity and stability.
The UJF-7151 plusII adds a "Color Gloss" function, supports 1800 dpi high-resolution printing, and enables automatic workpiece feeding via "Mimaki's original MDL (Mimaki Device Language) commands," delivering a new level of printing performance.

The new 1800x1800 dpi mode surpasses the previous generation's 1200x1200 dpi mode, reproducing images such as miniature paintings and fine text with extremely high precision.
Furthermore, by controlling pixel position, "MFD2" technology significantly reduces image graininess and color uniformity, resulting in superior image quality.

Mimaki Advanced Pass System 4 (MAPS4) minimizes stripes and uneven color printing
Typically, the paper margins are straight lines. Therefore, even a slight misalignment between the margins can lead to stripes or uneven color printing. MAPS4 reduces stripes and uneven color printing by blurring the margins, similar to gradient printing.
The NCU automatically detects and cleans clogged nozzles
The NCU monitors ink droplets using sensors and automatically detects clogged nozzles. Once a clogged nozzle is detected, the system automatically cleans it, reducing printing waste. A nozzle check is performed on every transmitted file.
The NRS (Nose Recovery System) is used to maintain productivity
If a clogged nozzle is not cleared after cleaning via the NCU (Nose Cleaning Unit), the NRS selects a spare nozzle and restarts printing. This is a significant innovation because previously, if nozzle cleaning failed, a technician had to repair the printhead, and the print job would stop until the printhead was repaired. The NRS* allows the printer to use a working nozzle in place of the faulty one, ensuring uninterrupted printing until a technician arrives.
Mimaki Circulation Technology (MCT) minimizes downtime
MCT is applied to the ink tank and ink channels. White ink is circulated regularly to prevent pigment buildup that could lead to printhead malfunction.
